  1. How do I apply to become a resident at the Santini Villa Apartments? Download rental application. An application fee of $50/each is required for the first 2 applicants and $25 for any additional. In the event an application is declined a refund of 50% will be issued. Any cancellations made by applicants will result in a 100% forfeit of the application fee. Approved applicants will have their deposit applied towards the security deposit. (18 years of age or older) and a copy of your current driver’s license to Santini Villa Apartments, LLC, 1125 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon, CT 06066. You may fax the form to 860-872-7388, and mail deposit and a copy of your current driver’s license to above address.  NO APPLICATION WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A $50 DEPOSIT per person 18 years of age or older.
  2. Do you require a security deposit? There is a non-refundable $50 application deposit for each person 18 years old and older. There is a security deposit equal to one month’s rent once a lease is accepted and signed. This deposit is returned upon completion of the lease terms.
  3. Can I see a unit available for rent? Yes!  To schedule a showing, please contact Santini Villa Apartments at 860-872-7384 or e-mail us at info@santiniliving.com.
  4. What is the lease length? One year.
  5. Which utilities are included in my rent? Heating and all water costs are included in your monthly rent payments. Air conditioners are provided in each unit – fees for usage are the responsibility of the resident.
  6. How many people can live in my apartment? Rent includes up to two people in a one-bedroom unit, up to four people in a two-bedroom unit.
  7. Can I have pets in my apartment? Sorry, Santini Villa Apartments does not accept pets.
  8. What are the rules regarding parking? Most units are assigned two parking spaces and visitor spots are plentiful. Additional parking spaces are available for a nominal monthly fee (3rd car = $25/mo, 4th car = $50/mo.)
  9. Are washers/dryers available in any units? Yes, a full size washer &dryer is provided for all townhomes. Garden apts have coin operated w/d’s in basement.
